Retail Client Technical Terms
Retail Client: General Insurance is provided to a person as a Retail Client where the client is an individual or the product is sold for use in a small business and the product is: 1) A motor vehicle insurance. 2) A home building or contents insurance. 3) Consumer Credit, Sickness and Accident or Travel Insurance. 4) Personal and domestic property insurance. 5) Any other class of insurance as prescribed by the regulations of the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA) now part of the Corporations Act.
